EN 15102: 2007 – Decorative wallcoverings - Roll and panel form products
 
This European Standard applies to all forms of wall covering products in roll and panel form as defined in EN 235 supplied for hanging onto internal walls, partitions or ceilings, by means of an adhesive, whose primary purpose is decorative.
 
歐盟官方已經(jīng)規(guī)定，自2010年1月1日起，所有在歐洲市場銷售的壁紙（墻紙）產(chǎn)品，必須根據(jù)EN 15102進(jìn)行CE認(rèn)證并加貼CE標(biāo)識。
 
壁紙（墻紙，壁布）產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證必須由歐盟委員會認(rèn)可的具備相關(guān)資質(zhì)能力的指定公告機(jī)構(gòu)（Notified Body），按照防火性能的區(qū)分，根據(jù)體系1或者體系3進(jìn)行操作。
 
根據(jù)EN 15102，壁紙（墻紙，壁布）產(chǎn)品CE認(rèn)證參考測試項(xiàng)目：
 
1、 Reaction to fire（防火性能）: EN 13501-1
2、 Release of formaldehyde（甲醛釋放量）: EN 12149, Test C
3、 Heavy metals and specific elements（重金屬含量）: EN 12149, Test A
4、 Release of vinyl chloride monomer（單氯乙烯釋放量）: EN 12149, Test B
5、  ……
