收球網(wǎng) 收球網(wǎng)是膠球清洗系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，收球網(wǎng)的功能是把膠球從冷卻水中分離出來(lái)，并且保證不漏球，不卡球。收球網(wǎng)安裝在冷卻水出口管段上，從凝汽器流出的夾帶者膠球的水流經(jīng)過(guò)收球網(wǎng)時(shí)，膠球被回收并由引出管從收球網(wǎng)中引出。收球網(wǎng)的柵格網(wǎng)板可以轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，在膠球循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)網(wǎng)板置于“收球”位置，在不投運(yùn)膠球時(shí)網(wǎng)板置于“反洗”位置，此時(shí)收球網(wǎng)板上的雜物被水沖走，同時(shí)又減少收球網(wǎng)網(wǎng)板的水阻。網(wǎng)板的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)定位是由電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)保證（小型收球網(wǎng)也可以選用手動(dòng)操作）。規(guī)格通徑DN300~DN2800，分為手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)、程控等專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。
